- Menyiapkan 500 gr : kentang, kukus/rebus dan dihaluskan.
- Menyiapkan 1-2 buah : ubi jalar, rebus/kukus dan dihaluskan (boleh skip, tapi saya suka pake ubi supaya bau amis tuna hilang dan ada rasa manis alami).
- Menyiapkan 250 gr : ikan tuna fillet, potong dadu.
- Persiapkan 250 ml : susu cair full cream, saya pakai merk Ultra.
- Dibutuhkan Secukupnya : bayam, diblender lalu saring ambil sarinya saja.
- Menyiapkan 1-2 buah : wortel, iris dadu.
- Menyiapkan 1 buah : jagung manis pipil.
- Menyiapkan : Secukupny bawang bombay cincang halus.
- Dibutuhkan 1-2 siung : bawang putih cincang halus.
- Siapkan Secukupnya : oregano & parsley.
- Persiapkan Secukupnya : lada & pala bubuk.
- Persiapkan 1 sendok : butter.
- Menyiapkan Secukupnya : kaldu jamur.
- Siapkan Secukupnya : keju parut, saya pakai kraft cheddar.
Return cooked pasta to saucepan; stir in soup, spinach and milk. Stir in tuna, roasted peppers and linguine. Spoon pasta mixture into baking dish. She often made the creamed sauce from scratch but in a pinch you can substitute cream of mushroom soup which is just as tasty.
Tahapan memasak Tunach cream soup (Tuna spinach)
- Panaskan wajan/panci lalu masukkan butter hingga leleh. Setelah itu masukkan bawang putih & bawang bombay cincang hingga harum.
- Setelah bawang bombay dan bawang putih harum lalu masukkan tuna yg telah dipotong dadu hingga berubah warna.
- Lalu tambahkan wortel, jagung manis pipil. Tumis hingga layu, tambahkan sedikit air supaya wortel dan jagung manis benar-benar matang dan empuk.
- Setelah wortel dan jagung benar-benar empuk, masukkan kentang dan ubi yang sudah dihaluskan. Dan diberi sari bayam yg telah diblender dan disaring. Aduk hingga meletup-letup.
- Masukkan susu cair, keju parut, kaldu bubuk, oregano,parsley, lada & pala bubuk. Aduk hingga merata dan meletup-letup..
- Cek rasa. Bila dirasa kurang asin bisa ditambah kaldu jamur dan keju parut. Bila konsistensi kekentalan dirasa kurang bisa ditambahkan 1-2sdm tepung terigu yang telah dilarutkan dalam air..
- Rasanya manis gurih dan sudah pasti enak serta mengenyangkan. Sangat aman utk menu mpasi juga. Selamat mencoba šš»šš».
This recipe not only intrigued me because of the spinach, but also because it doesn't call for a can of Cream of So-and-So Soup, which is rare with tuna casserole recipes. The spinach is added to a self-made creamy cheese sauce and was eaten without any complaints, which doesn't happen often when there is spinach involved. A creamy spinach soup with just a hint of curry. I absolutely LOVE this soup and make it all the time. I've adapted the recipe to be more healthy by using olive oil instead of butter and fat-free sour cream.
